What do we do to sell your home:

  1.  Staging. We help you to prepare your home for sale. Please note: not for living, but FOR SALE. It is very different. You do not live like in hotel or museum, but this is exactly what buyers like to see - the life style, the colors, the furniture set-up, the flower arrangements...

In some cases we higher home stager, in some it's already done by seller (which makes our life easier and your pocket fuller), but many time we advise on what should be done simply and with minimum or even $0 expense!

 2.   Pricing. The most important part of the selling process.

You don't want to overprice your home, because YOU HAVE ONLY ONE CHANCE TO IMPRESS THE BUYER.

You don't want to under price your home either. Who would!

UNLESS:

 a) You live in area which has tendency to multiple offer situations;

b) You have perfect house,

c)  Ideally both: area and home.

Pricing is all about supply and demand. It is part art and part science, and no two agents price property the same way. 3. Exposure is strictly my work.

•b)      As per Statistics more than 80% of buyers are looking on line, that's why we are after majority. And we are very successful with that.

•c)      Open houses. This is great marketing tool if you know how to use it!

•d)      Clients and agents data base. We send "just listed" e-mails, Flash presentations, Newsletter, etc. to all our clients and agent in our data base.

•e)      "For Sale" sign at front of the home and on nearest corners.

•f)        Feature Sheets inside of house and in transparent mail box attached to the  "For Sale" sign.

•g)      The rest of our effective marketing tools we disclose only when we meet you. Sorry, business secret.
